International workshop “Educational challenge: innovation in creative industries”

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

Its coming closer… starting March 26.

John Hartley is only one of many interesting speakers at this conference, jointly organised by Tallinn University Baltic Film and Media School (BFM) and Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (SSE Riga).

The workshop (March 26-27, 2010) wants to explore the nature of innovation processes and related challenges for media and creative industries’ small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to explore ways to teach the complex and intertwining topics such as ‘media innovation’, ‘cross-media production’, ‘creative industries management’ or ‘cultural entrepreneurship’ in higher education with full academic rigour but also in ways relevant to the industry.
