The First Motion Project Partner NFC National Film Centre of Latvia has started the procurement procedure for one of First Motion´s major parts: The Baltic Universe.

The amendmend in the procurement document reads:
„3.4.8. The specialists applying of the for the 1st and 2nd part of this Public Procurement are not required to be fluent in Latvian, in the case successful written and oral communication can be ensured for carrying out the work, by providing professional translation when necessary. If an interpreter is involved, regulations of 3.5.7.1. are applicable.”
