In February 2011 we called for a second round of applications from creative entrepreneurs in the field of transmedia storytelling and innovative approaches to transmedia project implementation. From almost 100 applications from all over the Baltic Sea Region, we chose nine projects to be supported by First Motion.

And in April 2011 the starting signal was given to the project teams from Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Norway, Sweden and Poland. Now, after a year, we want to present you a detailed overview: What are the projects about? Where do they stand and where will they go from here? Where can you find more information and get involved.

All projects convinced the First Motion committee because of their innovative approaches to making use of transmedia possibilities, their stories and the teams attached to the projects. The funding includes up to 30.000€ development/production money, two international workshops which are mandatory, individual mentoring by First Motion partners as well as digital publishing and international marketing of the pilot project/product through the Baltic Universe platform.
